Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask our guests to respect our appointment schedule. While we do not offer cancellations or refunds, we are happy to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability. Missed appointments or changes made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged in full. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to ensure fairness to other guests.
