We are located at 1052 N. Milwaukee in Chicago. There are free and pay-to-park options available nearby, but parking can sometimes be limited. We recommend arriving early to allow extra time to find parking and settle in before your appointment.

We are open Monday - Sunday, 11 am to 8 pm, by appointment only. We do not typically accept walk-ins, but if we are onsite and have availability, we will do our best to accommodate you.

While we do not offer cancellations or refunds, we are happy to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability. Missed appointments or changes made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged in full.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to ensure fairness to other guests. We kindly ask our guests to respect our appointment schedule.

Yes, it is a private experience. Whether you book for 1 or 2 people or a larger group, we do our best to ensure that the only person you interact with outside of your party, is the spa tech that is guiding you through our spa.

On very rare occasions, there is a chance another small party is present in the salt room at the same time, but our salt room is built to fit up to 8 patrons at once. 

Short answer: Yes! But the tub is not not only filled with beer. You’re soaking in a solution of beer-ingredients that we have isolated that provide benefits for the look and feel of your skin and hair.

All of our soaks are thermal and the temperature is between 98-100 degrees fahrenheit.

Yes! Come celebrate your birthday, bachelor or bachelorette party, or any special occasion with us. Please let us know in advance how many guests will be in your party and which services you’re interested in.

You are welcome to wear a swimsuit, but it is not required. We recommend something comfortable that you don’t mind getting wet; fresh towels, slippers and robes are provided. We also have showers and hair dryers on site for your convenience.

Yes! We offer both CBD and aromatherapy soaks as an alternative. You can let us know when you are booking if you prefer something other than a beer soak. If booking online and you prefer to do one of the alternative soaks, just write your preference in the notes section. 

No. Alcohol isn’t absorbed through the skin in this way, and the soak is non-intoxicating. The CBD soaks are hemp based and will not cause intoxication either.

Your comfort and safety come first. All tubs are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every guest using professional-grade sanitizing procedures and are soaked overnight in a vinegar solution.
